Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination, shipping method, and carrier conditions. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed; however, US shipments are usually 3-5 days.
Domestic & International Shipping
We offer both domestic and international shipping where available.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and assist with a resolution where possible.

RETURN & REFUND
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
